Wax Melts

We love wax melts here at Lula & Co and we really hope that you will love them just as much as we do! We hand pour each and every product at our premises in London using environmentally and vegan friendly soy wax, so you do not have to worry about any nasty chemicals. Our tried and tested scent combinations ensure your home will be filled with a powerful, fragrant punch to keep it smelling fresh and luxurious. Our products are individually labelled with a list of ingredients / allergens and are fully CLP compliant. All of our wax melts are suitable for electric and tea light burners. DELIVERY & RETURNS We offer free shipping on all orders over £30.00. All orders are dispatched within 24 - 48 hours. We send most orders via Royal Mail, larger orders may be sent via a different courier service. Standard delivery is approximately 2 - 3 working days. This is not guaranteed and at busier times, such as Christmas and with COVID it can take longer than this. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order please contact us and we will try to resolve the issue. To start a return please contact us at lulawaxmelts@gmail.com as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after receiving your order. Please include your name, order number and the reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with details on how and where to send your return. Please make sure that you send your return unused and in the original packaging. If we have made a mistake with your order, or we sent you the wrong items, we will rectify this straight away. If however the return is due to any other reason, you are responsible for shipping the product back to us. We do not supply return shipping labels and we strongly recommend that you use a tracked service, as we can not be responsible for any packages lost in transit. Once we receive the return and are happy that it meets our return criteria, we will issue a refund for the full amount of your purchase. SAFETY INFO - Please only use standard size, 4 hour tea lights in all wax burners - Remove all packaging before lighting your candle. - Always leave at least 12cm between burning candles / wax burners. - Do not move a burning candle or a wax burner whist it is still hot. - Do not place candles / wax burners in a draught. - Do not place candle / wax burner near anything that will catch fire. - Do not place candles / wax burners near a heat source. - Burn candles / wax burners out of reach of children and pets. - Never leave a burning candle unattended. - Always snuff out a flame, do not blow it out.
